The reservation is confirmed by paying a non-refundable deposit in the amount of:

• Up to three nights PLN 1,500 for a regular customers and PLN 2,500 for a new customers.
• Four to seven nights PLN 2,000 for regular customers and PLN 3,000 for new customers.
• Above seven nights, the deposit is set individually depending on the number of days.
• Before making the payment, please inform us whether an invoice or receipt will be required.

• The remaining amount to be paid is due on the first day of your stay.
• The resort only sells accommodation packages with the possibility of catering (vegetarian meals) equal to the number of days of classes. 
• Payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the resort’s regulations.

The hotel day starts at 4pm and ends at 12pm.

• We expect a payment in advance of the booking by bank transfer.
• The amount of the advance payment is of PLN 1500 up to three nights and PLN 2000 from 4 to 7 nights stay.
• The advance payment is non-returnable.
• The remaining amount to be paid is payable on the first day of stay.
• The resort sells only accommodation packages with the possibility of catering (vegetarian / vegan) equal to the number of working days.

Please no noise which will disturb the peace of your neighbours between 11 pm and 7 am.

The owner is responsible for all items left in the facility and on its premises.

The quality, form, and program of implementation of the workshops / lectures are on the side of the organizer or teacher of the classes. The organizer takes full responsibility for the scope of activities of a given program and the safety of participants. The organizer undertakes to comply with the internal regulations of the centre as well as general health and safety rules and care for cleanliness and order.

The centre does not tolerate any manifestations of aggression and intolerance.

Sick people (or undergoing treatment), whose health may affect other people or may require emergency assistance, are required to inform us about the disease in the application form.

Parents and guardians are obliged to look after their children during their stay at the facility.

We love animals and we don’t mind if the participant wants to come with their pet. The condition is that the pet will not disturb other participants of the group, e.g. due to possible allergies. Therefore, before deciding to take a pet, we suggest and ask to contact the organizer of the workshop for such agreement.
Price for a pet is PLN 50.

There is a total ban on smoking in all buildings (appropriate places are prepared for this purpose). The total ban also covers the consumption of psychoactive substances.

The centre offers unguarded parking spaces for cars. The resort is not responsible for the cars left behind and the things in them.

Willingness to use technical equipment should be reported to the centre’s staff.

Guests are kindly requested to report any defects or omissions on arrival. In the event of failure to report a defect, damage or lack of equipment, a fee will be charged in the amount of the damage.

One set of keys is issued during the stay. If the keys are lost, the guest is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 50.

Due to the biological septic tank located at the Centre, please use only our toilet paper in the toilets / bathrooms and do not throw paper towels, swabs, remains of oil, food, drinking liquids or chemicals, etc. into the toilet. cleaning agents as well, and only use them. In the kitchen, it is forbidden to pour oil residues, corrosive substances, and solid residues into the sink. Failure to comply with the above rules or in the event of a device failure will be charged to the user.

The resort is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond its control, such as power, water, Internet outages or faults caused by any force majeure (hurricane, flood, sudden snowfall).

The regulations of the facility are made public by posting on the website and posted on the information board in the facility.

By making a reservation, you accept the rules of stay and undertake to comply with them in the resort.
